Hello, I own a pretty dated motherboard, and I'm not really familiar with the process of replacing it. So instead I'm opting to buy a new processor so that my computer runs a bit more smoothly. I figured an i5 or i7 would do but I really have no idea if it would be compatible since the MB is 7 years old already. If it isn't, what processor would you suggest? I'm a game designer and avid gamer, and currently want to play Witcher III smoothly. The only thing that's dated is my processor. I have 10GB of DDR3 Ram, a GTX 960 w/ 2GB Video RAM, 750W Power Supply, etc..
