I recently purchased a new motherboard and CPU. I just put them in my PC yesterday. I have an i5 4690k, Asrock Z97 Pro4, and 8gb of ram along with the 660. It ran at great temps with my old mobo and CPU, but now its running close to 95 degrees celcius. I'm not sure what I can do. I have 3 fans, 2x120mm, and 1x140mm. It ran great with the old build, now with the new mobo and CPU it runs dangerously hot. The CPU runs at good temps and at idle the GPU runs at good temps (32C), but when gaming that's when it heats up.

Solution
You have a problem with your heatsink. Your new CPU freed up your GPU to run at full speed and now you're seeing the problem with the cooling. The best advice is to take out the video card, remove the heatsink, and replace the thermal paste. Clean everything out, replace the heatsink on top of the fresh paste, and everything will hopefully go back to normal.

Don't play any games if you are hitting 95c!
