As my post says, will this baby be able to handle the card?

Here's my specs

i5 4690k (not overclocked)
12 gb 1333mhz DDR3 (2 4GB stick + 2 2GB sticks)
GTX 780 Ti (No plan to overclock)
Gigabyte Z87X-OC mobo
1 Sony DVD ROM
2 HDDs

I'm kind of on budget so, yeah.

Do you already have the PSU?

You've got a really nice gaming rig there and it's a pity to power it with such a low-quality PSU. If you're looking to buy it, I'm confident you could do better for your money.

If, however, you already have it, then yes, I agree, it is sufficient for the build.
