Mobo two short beeps no monitor

I have just made my computer, and after plugging it in I get two short beeps and see nothing on the display. My motherboard is a gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H.

The two short beeps for the AMI bios is the memory or parity circuit failure problem. Reseat the RAM or using one stick to try if you have two, otherwise try other RAM, or 2nd memory slot. Also check the cpu pin too to see there is bent pin or not.
