This is driving me insane and I can barely find any threads on the topic. Please help.
It will say "external hard drive" plugged in but it tells me the drive is empty.
**Also.. how do I reformat my hard drive after formatting it on the X1 for "games and apps"? I did this as a last resort. Only deleted 1 movie so nbd. I just want it fixed.
