TV Picture quality is not good-Why?

Hello , it would be great if someone can help me on this topic.

I bought a new computer system, its of fourth gen I5 Processor and asus Mother board. I connected to sony TV wxga, when I keep a HD wall paper the pic clarity is not good. its not blur but mild patches are observed. why is this happening, Can you help what can I do for this?

your cpu supports up to 4k in 24 fps and your tv supports 1080p at 24 fps.
maybe check your cpu usage and temperatures using task manager and hwmonitor

Hello ,

I am still using the computer integrated graphics system of i5 4690,
so connecting in the respective slot with HDMI cable.

My Mother board is : B85M-GAMER
