Hello everyone,

i just bought one motherboard and mounted the following components:

Power Supply Tacens MP600 600w
Phenom II X4 965 BE
6Gb ram
1 HDD IDE
1 CDRW
Sapphire HD 6850 Toxic Edition

My problem here is that this VGa when installed seems not having too much power (even with 1x6+2 cable connected).
I tried install one vga (old) XFX (not remember which model) with 256Mb and it worked
I tried install another vga Asus 6800EN with 512Mb Ram and DIDN't work too...

Can someone tell me if the problem is bios or the power supply??

Many thanks.

Solution
Most probably lousy PSU. 600W rating is emergency power only, for normal usage it's at least 25% or more under that. Those HD x8xx cards, specially already OCed editions, need a lots of power.
