you sure i should go with i3? -(i am going for the second one e5-573g)

I know it's not the best for video editing, but I can tell you that the A10 in that first laptop is going to constantly throttle itself, even AMD's "lesser" A8-x410 will out perform it. That i3 will have better multicore performance than that A10, even if it has four cores and clocks higher. It is the same CPU as both the i5 and i7 u series, with a lower clock rate. I would recommend the one with the 940m in it over the one with the 920m though if gaming is important to you.
