What exactly are you trying to do? If you want to control each device independently with your phone, there are a few options for that. The first result Google came up with are these D-Link Smart Plugs. I'm not sure if you are looking for something like this or something more basic in the power delivery of the building.

I still need a few more details on what exactly you want to be able to do. Depending on how many devices and outlets you are trying to control, the D-Link Smart Plug I linked could do what I think you want for only $50. There are probably systems that can do more, but since this is still a pretty new sector I would imagine they won't be cheap.
I'm trying to be able to turn off lights on monitors and my speakers in my bed as well as the leds that are around my bed with a remote or with my phone. I would like both because of the ability to mount the remote to my bed. It's just a matter of making my life easier

I see. Unfortunately, I can't come up with a solution simpler than the Smart Plug I linked, or something similar to it. You could definitely rig up a custom wireless system for yourself, but that is a lot more complicated.
