I have a PC and it's getting kind of old. Although I don't have the money to build a new one from scratch. So I would like to just change 1 or 2 piece in order to extend it's 'Life length". My current PC is made of:
Processor : AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 620 Processor
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce GT 430
Memory : 8.0 GB
Operating System : Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit
Let me know if you have an Idea or if you need more details.
i am not sure what you mean about fan to stick to it..??
but you have to remove the heatsink with the fan and install the new cpu , put thermal paste on it (cpu) and reuse the same heatsink with the fan
System Model : BK262AA-ABL p6302f
System SKU : BK262AA#ABL
BIOS Version: American Megatrends Inc.
BaseBoard Manufacturer: FOXCONN
System Manufacturer : HP-Pavillon
Does that help? I couldn't find anything exactly name Motherboard.
Nice, Thanks.
I just have a last concern. It`s something I have never done so;
If I swap the processor can I keep using the exact same Motherboard and fan stick to it?
