Upgrading my CPU from AMD Phenom II x4 910 to a Phenom II x4 980 on a H-RS880-uATX (Aloe)

Motherboard supports the following processor upgrades:
TDP=125W
AMD Phenom II X4 9xx/9xxe/8xx Quad-Core (D)
AMD Phenom II X3 7xx/7xxe Triple-Core (H)
AMD II Athlon X4 6xx/6xxe (P)
AMD II Athlon X3 4xx/4xxe ®)
AMD II Athlon X2 2xx/2xxe ®)
you can upgrade the cpu up to AMD Phenom II X4 9xx/9xxe/8xx Quad-Core (D) 125W max
and you can upgrade to a gtx 750 ti , but check if it will fit in your case..
there is a itx gpu on the market to fit inside a small case

i am not sure what you mean about fan to stick to it..??
but you have to remove the heatsink with the fan and install the new cpu , put thermal paste on it (cpu) and reuse the same heatsink with the fan
