Hi,

I'm in need of a new gaming mouse, I currently have the G500s but it's just too uncomfortable to use. I was looking at the Mad Catz R.A.T. 5 and Corsair Raptor M45, they look like the kinda shape I'm after. The Mad Catz one seems a bit odd but the adjustable size is something I like the idea of.

I was wondering if anyone could shed any insight on which one they think is better to get or recommend a different mouse?

Thanks, Matthew.

If you can pay for it, i recomend the Razer Mamba Tournament Edition. Its the only razer mouse i found comfy and it is beautiful. If you cannot pay for this then get the Sharkoon Drakonia Black. Its an amazing mouse, better than most mice i have tested and more comfortable. The mouses you have chosen are great too, but ive played with both of them and even though i liked them, especially the g500, i still like the other 2 more. But hey, remember that every man has his grip style and his taste on what looks cool, so in my opinion you should test before you buy, especially peripherals, because you gonna stick with them for 4-5 years or more ( my logitech g15 v1 is 9 years old, still working great). OH and dont get the wireless mamba, it sucks.

Not really any tech shops locally to test things like these, usually order from scan. The g500s really isn't a grip for me, really strains the wrist. The logitech g9x was the perfect shape for me, know any that's really similar to that?
