So I am having trouble connecting my front panel connectors I see from my case hdd led, power sw, and +and - p led. There is a sub 3.0 connector and a hd audio connector and then I believe a cable for power to the power supply. But I don't see a reset cable or a speaker cable like the mono has spots for.

Check manual for your case, some have combo switch for Start and reset buttons. If there's none you can live without it. Not all of cases have a speaker built in, you may want to ad one yourself for troubleshooting purposes. Something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812201032 would do.
