So i just upgraded my graphics card from a asus gtx650 1gb to a evga gtx750ti ftw graphics card and started up my pc, all the fans turned on but there was delay in the beep from the mother board witch would normally go straight away and the display showed nothing. after about a minute of waiting I turned off the pc and check the connection between the monitors and the computer but there was no issues. After about 4 restarts it finally booted up and said something like windows had issues starting up the options were to restart or advanced options so I pressed restart and it started normally so I installed the drivers and turned off the computer to see if it would do it again and it did, this time it took about 6 restarts with the delayed beep before it showed the boot up. and after lots of tries it did the same thing.

My system specs:
OS: windows 10
Graphics card: GTX750 Ti FTW not over-clocked
CPU: Intel core 2 quad 3ghz (QX9650) not over-clocked
Motherboard: gigabyte ga-ep45t-ud3lr
PSU: TITAN III power 750w
Ram: elixir 2x4gb
C drive: Samsung SSD 850 EVO
Cooling: Coolermaster single fan watercooling

Note: my computer was perfectly fine before I installed my new graphics card

Here are the beep codes for that motherboard:

1 short: System boots successfully
1 long, 3 short: Keyboard error
2 short: CMOS setting error
1 long, 9 short: BIOS ROM error
1 long, 1 short: Memory or motherboard error Continuous long beeps: Graphics card not inserted properly
1 long, 2 short: Monitor or graphics card error Continuous short beeps: Power error

Sounds like the single short beep means systems boots successfully. So it doesn't sounds like a hardware problem. Windows may be having trouble with the drivers or something. Try uninstalling all graphics drivers in safe mode and then booting.

Thank you for such a quick reply, I'm not having the problem at the moment. But for the beep codes it seems to ether not beep at all or it's a delayed long-ish beep. Thank you for your time and effort.

If I have this issue again I will definitely try your solution!

Thanks, Lucas

Your issue may be the power supply, there is nothing I can see about "titan" brand but AZZA has a Titan line of power supplies. I am guessing that you either got it because it's cheap or it came with the case. Either way, if you see a startup issue again, first thing I'd do is a BIOS update, followed by replacing the power supply with a better brand.

just because it had a high price doesn't mean it isn't cheap

i'm curious though, never heard of that power supply, can you post the model number?
