Gaming PC is Freezing at Random Times. Requires Hard Shut Down Then Freezes Again. Help!

I put together a gaming pc about a year ago and it has been freezing on me since I first fired it up. It used to freeze only when playing games, but now it freezes randomly like during downloads, browsing the internet, gaming, and so on. I have replaced the motherboard and power supply since my original build a year ago and there has been no change. Should I just completely start over my build? Help would be greatly appreciated on this.

SPECS:

Motherboard: MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition
Processor: AMD FX6300
GPU: ASUS Radeon R9 280X
RAM: 8gb (2 x 4GB)
OS: Windows 10

My first power supply was an EVGA 500W and my current one is an EVGA 600B

I have been using the stock cooler, have not been keeping track of temps though
