I've done my research, and I think this build can fit in my case (which is quite big) and can provide good air pressure. As

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti
EVGA SuperNOVA 850
MSI Computer ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97S SLI KRAIT EDITION
i7-4790K (Skylake is out I know)
Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz
Thermaltake LEVEL 10 GT (CASE)
1TB Desktop HDD SATA 6Gb/s
Samsung 850 EVO 2.5in
Noctua NH-D14
Thermaltake 120mm Fan X3

Thanks!

You don't need a second 980 ti for 4k gaming with a 60 Hz monitor, a 980 ti when overclocked is the same performance as a titan x, and we know a titan x is great for 4k 60 fps, adding a second 980 ti in 5 years or so when newer games need it like witcher 4 or gta 6 if they come out, then that will benefit him , but he doesn't need a second one, I've been playing gta 5 at 4k with high settings at 60 fps maintained and it looks alot better then 1080p ultra settings 8x msaa, just hold back the second 980 ti for the future .

Brayden - fair enough, you have the card and am more informed to make the call!

In defence, I was using this review when I made that comment which shows isome games at 4k 60fps would certainly need two cards (far cry 4 and bf4 at 35fps for example):

However, knocking the settings down a bit would likely massively improve that.
