how would I increase Fps on ark?

I have a 8gb ram amd fx 4300 processor a amd Radeon R7 240 graphics card 2gb and power supply is 350W 103W max and it is cyberpower pc it runs ark low graphics 20 fps what thing would I upgrade to make it run ark at 30+ fps medium graphics? My budget is around $250.

The GTX 950 suggested by ak47jar3d is a good upgrade.

If you want to stick with AMD Graphics cards check out the R9 270 which trade blows with the GTX 950:

But before you consider buying a new graphics card... I am pretty sure you will have to get a better power supply too. 350W is not good enough, especially if it is not a quality power supply, and with a CPU like yours I suggest you get power supplies like these:
