Difference between EVGA G2 and GS psu???

I know I want a gold quality 550w+ EVGA psu, but I'm wondering if the G2 has better quality that it is worth the extra $20 over the GS? Are either of these known to be loud or cause problems when paired with a gtx 970 gpu?

Note - The 650w G2 is currently cheaper than the 550w G2 (due to rebate)

The 550w GS is $60 after rebate

The 650w G2 is $80 after rebate

Solution
They're both excellent units, top quality. The G2 units are made by Super Flower, while the GS units by Seasonic. Both are top-tier PSU manufacturers.

Get whichever one is cheaper, unless the extra 100W of the G2 unit will give you more options down the track, just go with the cheapest.
