I tried a lot of different solutions to fix my pc for months.

Cpu: core 2 duo e4300
Mobo: ga-n650sli-ds4
Psu: 350W
Gpu: geforce 8600 gts

My pc freezes just everywhere: while booting, if it will boot successfully it will still freeze 10 mins after using, sometimes my pc wont even start booting. I tried reinstalling pc but nothing changes, so i think this is hardware problem, any ideas what i should do?

unplug peripherals. remove all but one stick of ram. reinstall operating system. try a new or older driver, maybe the gpu? swap hardware, one piece at a time. basically just systematically try to figure out what is causing the hangs. if you are lucky a fresh install will just solve the problem.

Neon neophyte is correct about peripherals, especially external hard drives are known to cause booting issues. Hard drives with their own power source especially cause such issues on my pc. I did solve this issue by entering into bios and configuring peripherals usb connections, however i since reinstalled windows and forgot exactly what i did. I remember messing with backward compatibility and legacy hardware, it solved the hard drives causing booting to lockup then my keyboard wasnt recognized but i did solve it where all worked while connected but i cant remember.
