Format for USB that works for Windows 10 and Mac OSX? NOT FAT32!!

As you see in the title im not interested in FAT32 which im well aware that it can work with Mac OSX and windows for both read and write but what i dont want from it is that it can only transfer files under 4GB?!!?!? Im looking for a format that allows me to read and write on both Windows 10 and Mac OSX that can transfer file sizes that are large such as 20GB. If its not something that large then atleast give me something thats not 4GB in file size. I really really need help with this because i want to transfer recordings from my PC to my Mac where i do video editing. I have a USB 3.0 32GB if that helps. Thank you for your help.

Thanks Mattios... 16 Exabytes of file transfer..... and it works on mac and windows.... all i need! But i think ive read something about NTFS vs exFAT.. it said something about exFAT having memory stuff versus NTFS not sure what it was about as i scammed over it.... will exFAT transfer files fast?? If not eh o well. ExFAT is it thanks!

jsmithepa i appreciated that you've helped but third party stuff and changing root code or wut ever the lunky stuff that article was on about isnt my cup of tea.
