Whats A Good Motherboard/Processor??

Depends on the intended usage. Since you stated a gaming graphics card, I (perhaps mistakenly) assumed you asking for a gaming recommendation. For games, there is little to no gain in getting an I7 over an I5 processor.

Any motherboard with a PCI-Ex16 expansion slot with support that graphics card. Obviously, in order to get the most out of it, you'd want a upper echelon processor for it, but it really boils down to your budget.

Recommendations would include:

Core I5-6xxx series/Z170 motherboard
Core I5-4xxx series/Z97 motherboard
