I have a DVD + R 16x Philips brand (ID: CMC MAG M01) manufactured by CMC Magnetics, I asked the CMC-mail the estimated time of useful life of this DVDR disc and they said 30 ~ 50 years 25 Cº humidity below 50%, this information is true or false?

The CMC inform me by email that the DVD + R 16x Philips (ID: CMC MAG M01) has a useful life expectancy of 30 ~ 50 are stored under ideal conditions, what conditions are these? for this dvdr disc have a life span of 50 years what temperature should it be stored?
