asus hero vii memory slot issue

hi
here is my build:asus hero vii
i7 4790k
coolermaster nepton 120xl
i have 32gb of g skill ripjaws x and my issue is if i install one or two ram on A1 or A2 slot
the system haven't any post and i get 55 q code on motherboard or reset consecutive
B1 and B2 works fine

i DO:bios latest update
use memok buttom
reset to default in bios and use default buttom

Hi, It could be a bent pins issue, or an over-tightened CPU cooler. Try removing the CPU and checking the CPU socket.

Have you tried loosening the Nepton, then snug it back down screw tight, many overtighten their coolers and if too tight in a corner or side can throw the CPU out of level and you can 'lose' a channel

i cant toch the cpu or cooler cuz i aferid to damage my cpu or socket
is there any way to realize the slots A1 and A2 work or not?????

i disable the slot b1 and b2 but the issue still there!

(if the cpu or cooler not good install how is my system works fine?)

A faulty CPU cooler installation might cause an improper contact CPU-LGA (board's socket).
Same for a bent pin issue.

The system can can work with an imprpoer install, but people often 'lose' a DRAM channel from not having full contact with all pins
