i7 4770k and new motherboard for overclocking

so im planing on buying an i7 4770k and need a new motherboard and cooler (currently have a GA-B85M-D2V and an Arctic Alpine 11 Rev.2) so i can overclock it
please post any suggestions

sadly its not available in my country, also i need a cooler for it (i don't know if mine is enough for overclocking)

well im from israel so theres no shops in english and the prices are diffrent i can give you a website and you try to figure it out but yea...
edit: i found one in english and my price limit is 3300 ils

http://en.ksp.co.il/ and the limit is 3300 shekels (it will show you the price in shekels so it shouldnt be a problem)
