Need Suggestion about GPU's between nvidia and AMD or ATI

Hello Guys i m from india, i am building my PC slowly, i need suggestion which brands and which model GPUs will b fit in my Budget, my budget is 13k - 15k ($192 - $222). and m not going into any Overclocking

My Old Specs are
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.6 ghz
4 GB Ram
g41 Combo gigabyte MB
Antec vp550w v2

Upcoming :
MSI Z97 GAMING 3
Intel Core i5-4460 Processor 6M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz

NOTE: whichever you guys suggest gpu pls note that i want to use that GPU on old MB until i get new all stuff i mentioned in UPCOMING

I can´t recommend building a pc "slowly" - a pc needs at least cpu+ram+motherboard+psu+storage drive and a cabinet. Building any less than that, and you can´t really use it anyways.

Reason why you don´t buy a couple of components at a time, is that the technology moves so fast and new tech may be available on a later point while older tech has fallen in price.

Find out when you´re going to buy, get back to us with a budget :)

NB: At a budget point, the best thing you can do is to get i3-6100 skylake cpu, that offers reasonably fast cpu performance and HD 530 integrated graphics. Your budget wont allow for any worthwhile dedicated GPU .

its Like 2 months after GPU, i will buy new mobo and processor, thats what i planned, the thing is investing myself so i cant invest for everything at all so i need at one time, and if i try to save gpu's money to buy gpu along with mobo and processor i know its gonna spend, thatsy i will buy gpu first thats why i m here for solutions
