Is my graphic card installed correctly in slot

Hey guys i wanna know if my graphoc card is installed correctly. I know it is the right slot but is it installed correct in the bracket. Here is a pic of my gpu installed and i have draw a red line on the part of the bracket that is outside which i wanna know if it is right that is have to be out or?

use the cabels the came with the PSU the other are only for "emergancies" and if you "need" the adapters that came with the card then you need to upgrade your PSU as it woud not be made for the power otput, hence why you have the cable for the PSU to GFX and that is good so usethem the are of much higher quality " in practice" giving you have a quality PSU, but any thing is better than those extensions they ship in the box.
