Any way to switch cpus and not reinstall windows?

Is there any way I could swap out my MSI-760GMA-P34FX Motherboard with an Intel compatible one, switching out the CPU too, of course, and then not have to reinstall Windows?

I bought my computer with Windows 8 on it and have since lost the install disc as well as having upgraded to Windows 10. If I do decide to swap CPUs and Mobos is there any way I could get a replacement? Could Microsoft send me one or something? And would I receive Windows 8 or 10?

Yeah, no.

If you had your installation media as well as the key you could attempt calling Microsoft and pleading your case. Sometimes they oblige, sometimes not.

Regardless, if your license was for one machine, you need to purchase a new license for the new motherboard.
