Ethernet Speed Stuck at 10Mbps

So I've been having some crazy internet issues lately. So I purchased a new router and modem. Everything is now working fine and I'm getting my intended speeds (50-60Mbps DL), however I noticed on this specific computer (other LAN PC gets 60Mbps DL) my DL speed was capped at 10Mbps. Come to find out, in my NIC it says the speed is 10Mbps. I've Googled information for over 3 hours and I'm at a loss. I've tried installing new drivers, but no matter what I do, if I try to manually set it to 100Mbps Full/Half Duplex, my computer sees it as my Network Cable is unplugged and I can no longer get an internet connection.

I don't know this has changed all of a sudden, because I've never messed with the settings and it always said the speed was at 100Mbps before. And last night it was working fine, then after about 8 hours, I decided to do a speed test and noticed it was capped at 10Mbps. What is weird is when I connect this computer directly to the modem, I cannot get a connection at all. But my other computer does get a connection directly connected to the modem. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Solution
If the Ethernet cable is fine, then the controller itself may be defective. If the motherboard no longer is under warranty, then install a PCI Express (or PCI if it's an old system) to resolve the issue.
