Windows and drivers on SSD And Secondary Storage?

So I have windows on my ssd. Can I install the drivers, clients and games onto my secondary? If so how? But I would like to put 2 games onto the SSD FSX and P3D. Is this possible and if so how?

Drivers must be installed on the same partition where Windows is installed, that's the default location which can't be changed.

Games can be installed elsewhere, but even then some support files will, of necessity, install themselves in the Windows folder.
