Please compare these two systems

System A
Intel Core i5-6400 2.7 GHz
8 GB DDR4 2133
NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 2 GB GDDR3


System B
Intel Core i7-6700 3.4 GHz
16 GB DDR3 1600
AMD Radeon R9 370 2 GB

Much of my concern is that I have not been able to find much information about AMD Radeon R9 370 2 GB.

System B is better in every possible way. Fast CPU, more RAM (though i don't know why DDR3), and the GPU is leaps and bounds better than the one from system A. The GT 730 is a low end GPU, while the R7 370 is a mid-rage GPU.

I suggest getting System B, but with the DDR4 from System A and you will be good, maybe get a GPU upgrade down the road. If these are pre-built systems, you could probably get a better balanced system building one yourself for the same money.
