Will my motherboard work with this graphics card?

will two Zotak 980 ti AMP! Extremes work in my nividia maximus VIII hero? i heard they take up three slots; my case is phantom 820 - with two of these beasts work in my pc?

Take a look at the manual (if there is one) for your case. The specs I'm finding state it will accept up to a 333mm length graphics card. The Zotac GTX 980 Ti AMP! cards are 315mm. What I don't know is whether or not you would need to remove the central drive bays. Either way, the cards should fit within the case.

These are dual-slot width cards. The PCI-Ex16 slots you will need to use are three slot widths apart. These cards will work with your motherboard.
