I just did a complete new build. I have 2 SSD and 1 HDD. They are all seen in bios, but when windows boots up, it only sees the SSD with os installed on it and 2 peripheral DVD drives.Motherboard is ASUS Z97-Pro Gamer with i7 4970K processor and 32 gig ram.
Did a new build. Everything new. I have 2 SSD and 1 HDD. Bios sees them but Windows 7 does not.

Format the remaining drives with disk management.
