There is room for improvement in your use of punctuations. It's weird to read. Anyways, in my opinion this is the best build under 500 dollars.

If you get any suggestions with i3-4150, I would prefer the AMD FX-8320E anyday.

now if your going to build one what ever you do, get the parts from one merchant or it will cost more than it says

Do you think the gtx 950 or the R9 270 is better

Its hard with cs because you need to over kill it of how it does some things to the prossesor unless you lock it.

Thank you for that im going to stick with the gtx 950 because i see that it is better then R9 270x and its cheaper but i cant afford R9 380x thats to much for me and for the intel vs AMD i see that the intel is better but i still have to see if i can get it for the price it is

The Intel i5-4460 is better than the FX-8320E overall no doubt about that. However they way It's explained is very stupid, using CPUBoss is no way of explaining it as the comparisons overall are extremely poorly done on CPU AND GPUBoss.

So if you're going to post on Tom's hardware, you really have to explain it yourself on why the i5-4460 is a better choice over the FX-8320 but also explain which compromises you're taking with the i5-4460 inside 500 dollars. Like the horrific choice of case + power supply (Time bomb), also overall heavy comprimise to compensate for the budget.

The FX-8320E is much more ideal in the 500 dollar budget.

For 550 dollars, i5-4460 + GTX 950 is possible with a few changes:

Well some people have been getting lag problems and it started 4-5 months ago, in one of there updates when they changed the hit boxes it made it more cpu insensitive like how Left for dead (1 or 2) is because of the zombies and how that works, when they changed the hit boxes it added to the model and that on its own no does not do much but when a lot of other things come into play here grades bullets etc, so some of the time its loading a lot and some times its not. But there is a thing called cpu locking, I dont know how it works I have tryed it but ya know I dont need it, but there are some videos on it and 3kliksphilip did a video on it a while back. Best regards ~Ben
