I'm a noob. Trying to piece together a PC for gaming/streaming. Here's my build so far: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/cxMrdC I would like a GTX 970 for the cheapest price but my question is is it worth it to spend 20-40$ more for something a little better for performance/quality or would I be fine with just the cheapest one? After picking a GPU if you don't mind picking the cheapest good quality PSU would be great, thanks!

There's not much point getting a dearer version of the same card unless you are planning on hardcore overclocking, at stock there's very little difference between cards. Newegg have a dual fan MSI 970 for $309.99 if that looks good to you? I wouldn't recommend a single fan (reference) model as they are a fair bit louder. My PSU recommendation would be the EVGA G2 650w for $99 at Newegg, you could probably make do with a 550w version but for the extra $10 I would say the 650w is worth it for future upgrades.
