You do have a quad core and your graphics card will do If you turn down the settings so I have not seen the official requirements but I think you should be able to but check the official requirements for sure.

It would be ok for games like Minecraft, tf2, csgo, maybe payday. I would upgrade that GPU to something like a 750ti (but really a 740 is plenty), I owed a 740 and I could play Black Flag and far Cry 3, and then overclock the CPU. You do not need to have a sound card because most modern motherboards have great ones built in.

You should get a GTX 950, the FTW from EVGA is a very good one the HD 7850 was released 4 gens ago

Yeah but adding an additional GPU would break my budget. I already have the HD 7850. Would it be fine to use?

You'll be ok with the HD 7850, just don't expect it to run the newest Triple A titles, and the Sound Card is not needed and it would save you money not to get it because it is about the same as the build in one. Cheers
