My pc constantly makes loud whirring noises and it makes my desk vibrate. None of my fans are dusty, I cant seem to find out what it is. Is it normal for a pc to humm or whirr? It is really annoying. Could it be my HDD? Should I worry?
Thank you.
EDIT confirmed it is my HDD by running a seatools test, when the test was running the whirring grew louder and more constant. It vibrates my whole desk and is very load/annoying. What should I do?

Can you check your PSU exhaust fan?If all the moving parts inside your CPU is ok, the PSU is the problem, open your PSU and remove first exhaust fan and clean it, you can lubricate also the exhaust fan, open hole at the center and check whether it got dried, put a grease inside then manually rotate it. If not replace that fan, another is the filter capacitors in the primary section of the circuit. You can test it using capacitance tester.
