im building my gaming pc and i have this build right now

and i want to pick between that motherboard and ASRock 970M PRO3 Micro ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard
is there much of a difference. im trying to save money because if i go with the ASROCK it will go a bit over my budget

Also would you go for Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor or AMD FX-8320E 3.2GHz 8-Core Processor

Go with the i5, but get a b85 or h97 board. You can get the i5 4460 or i5 4590 on jet.com for $160, and a MSi GTX 950 for $121 if you use promo code 15NOW. Save you about $60 that will give you more to put towards your motherboard. Everything else looks good.

The white one is more aimed towards itx builds, the red one will likely overclock better, But the GTX 950 is a pretty cool running card, so I wouldn't let it really push me one way or the other. Also the red model has 3 display ports instead of just one, but don't expect to be gaming on three monitors on that card.

do you have anything a little cheaper then the h97 because jet only saves me 9 dollars from pcpartpicker and im not trying to go to high with the price if something lower i can do
