Windows 8.1 is messing up from yesterday - NEED URGENT HELP!!!

Hi, my windows 8.1 has been messing with me from yesterday. Basically, I was playing CSGO in steam and I got really mad and instantly closed the game with alt and f4 and then steam lagged and couldn't close so i end it up from the process bar and after that my whole freaking laptop started to around i mean my mouse is doing strange things to open a window or anything like that i have to literally click like hundred times. I srsly need help guys! what should i do? (btw, i had that problem an year ago but it fixed without doing anything like in a day or 2) My windows updates are up to date. Please help! this bug is annoying!!!

ram: 8 gb
hdd: 1tb
you can google asus x550ln for more info

Yes I have antivirus software.
I have ESET NOD32 with Malwarebytes Premium with EMET
(I haven't downloaded anything, other than teamspeak to communicate with my friend) I think it has to do something with the registry keys i dunno what.
