I recently upgraded several components and the pc was running fine until I decided to add my old ram to my new ram. Now my pc refuses to turn on at all.

I have tried removing cmos battery, removing added ram, and checking all connections.

My MB is a dh67cl, processor is i5 2400. Recently added new psu Evga 650 gq, graphics card sapphire hd 7950, and 2x8gb crucial ballistix. 2x4 patriot is what I tried to add back in. PC was powered down and drained when install occured.

I appreciate any help.

Solution
Unplug and take out all extra parts and just stick to a video card (or better yet the onboard/igp) and test each stick of memory and each slot and see if it will power up. There should a clear cmos jumper or button on most boards as removing the battery can take time to clear the cmos, and the power supply switch must be off so no power is going to the motherboard at all.

This is embarrassing. After trying all found and given advice with no luck, I found the front panel of my case was a fraction of an inch out of place. I closed it completely, which then allowed the power button to engage. The whole time the problem was that the power button was not engaging. Now I'm trying to fix the issues I created by resetting everything. Thank you for your help.
