need advise for budget gaming rig

The configuration of my budget gaming rig is as follows

SanDisk Internal SSD 120GB 3k-4k

all compiled in a Circle CC 830 Gaming cabinet

need suggestions for performance improvement in the same budget
and will be using for gaming,3D rendering and CAD software.

ps: all prices assumption as per Indian Market and k=1000 rupees
and i am not going for overclocking options.

Here is a Xeon build, they work really well when you do not want to overclock. This manages to upgrade your video card to a GTX970 and your SSD to 250GB.
