Don't go for the Corsair VS series they are tier 4 PSUs meaning that they are not reliable for casual gaming let alone overclocking. Here's the tier list:PSU tier
Consider these:
1)If you want to keep the system for a long time and might decide to upgrade your GPU in the future or go for SLI then consider the Seasonic s12g 650w gold rated psu:The best PSU one can get under ₹8000.This PSU comes with a 5 year warranty but rest assured that it will last you atleast a decade under normal circumstances(used with a UPS and no lightning voltage spikes) with any amount of overclocking.
2)If you just want the bare minimum for overclocking just for now(not considering any potential future upgrades) then you can go consider the...

Excellent question, but I am not from India, sorry :??:
If the Corsairs are your only available options, then give us the exact ones you are looking at and then we can suggest the least worst of the two.

2)If you just want the bare minimum for overclocking just for now(not considering any potential future upgrades) then you can go consider the following options(in descending order i.e. from best to worse):
a)Seasonic s12ii 520w:Seasonic s12ii 520w
b)Antec VP650P V2:Here V2 specifies Haswell compatibility since there are a lot Antec VP650P(no V2) models being sold on indian e-commerce websites and V2 one's are difficult to find.
c)Corsair CS550m:This model makes it to this list only because Corsair has a good support service in India atleast!
Also here is a list of Haswell compatible PSUs:Intel Haswell
There are lot of other Good PSUs that I may not have mentioned here like the corsair RM series, the reason being they are very expensive as compared to the one's I have mentioned(atleast in our country) and the Seasonic models that I have included(esp. the s12g 650w) easily outperforms it in efficiency and ripple suppression although both of them have japanese capacitors only(at both primary and secondary filtering).
My suggested PSUs are the best you can get in India in that price range only.
