core i3 540 vs i3 4130

The i3 4130 should be faster being a newer gen. The first gen core series weren't really all that different from their predecessors in terms of performance while there was a significant change from core series 2nd gen (i3 2xxx) onward.
Here's a comparison of the 540 and 4330, not exact but the 4330 is similar and the 4130 isn't listed.
