My computer has decent specs:
MSI 970 GAMING Desktop Motherboard
iIntel Core i5-4460
32 gb of ram
And I've factory reset my computer twice and even resetting it the problem consists. I also have virus protection and ran virus scans which came up with nothing. Also if I go under task manager it says disk is at 100%. Any ideas?
