Approximate Purchase Date: Early February
Location: Indonesia
Budget Range: USD 1200-1300 (Monitor, keyboard, and mouse included)
Usage: Rendering 3DS Max, Photoshop, Skech-Up, AutoCad, Gaming (GTA V, CSGO, Ark Survival Evolved, Minecraft with mod), and Entertainment (Movies & Music)
Overclocking: No
SLI: In the future
Monitor: 1920x1080, planning for upgrade to triple monitor
Additional Notes: I want nice color scheme, so i choose black and white. I also like the looks of Mad Catz RAT3

Question
1. I choose 700w PSU. For now, this is overkill. But in the future (3/4 Years), i just have to add another GTX 970 without change the PSU. Is this wise decision?
2. Should I buy 2 additional fans (Included in the list) or 2 stock fans are enough?
3. Should I buy CPU Cooler?
4. Is this spec future-proof? (I just have to add another GPU, 16GB RAM, and 2 monitors)

Thanks for your opinions...

there is a LOT of fat in that build you can trim.

1) in 3-4 years a 970 will be hard to find and obsolete. If you aren't gong SLI right away, or within 6 months of purchase, it will not ever happen.
2) additional fans will never hurt, but $17 per fan is expensive
3) no reason to add an aftermarket CPU cooler to a locked cpu.
4) future proof is a chimera, but this should work for 3-4 years as is.

here's How I'd build your design:

To be honest, there's nothing in your list that's available in here (except the CPU, GPU, and OS)
my source site: http://enterkomputer.com/

But alright, i think i will change the Motherboard and PSU. I picked that motherboard because of SLI...
How about MSI H87-G43 Gaming? http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-h87g43gaming
and for the PSU, NZXT Hale82 v2 550W http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-power-supply-v2550w
btw, those fans is about $13 each here
