Thank you very much

Solution
Your information is rather incomplete.

Skylake CPUs do not bend by using an air cooler.

Skylake CPUs can suffer damage from a heavy cooler if the system suffers shock (like being dropped) or strong dynamic forces (as in the vehicle that is transporting the system stops suddenly, takes sharp turns and etc.)

A Skylake CPU will not take any damage from an air cooler if it is just there. A Skylake CPU can be damaged if it is shipped with a heavy cooler and the shipping is not smooth. To avoid this - just don't ship the system with the air cooler on.

When I am moving - I always take off my air cooler even if I use a Sandy chip. I take out the graphic card as well. It is the proper thing to do. My computer has already traveled more...

You'll be fine. NH-D15 is compatible with that socket so your MB is fine as well. I've been using NH-D15 for 1.5 year and didn't have any problem with bending etc... Even when moving my case from one place to another/. I'll say go for it :)
