Will this graphics card work with my computer?

I'm looking into a GeForce GTX 960 SSC 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (04G-P4-3967-KR ) but I want to just make sure that this card will work with my system before I buy it.

here are some specs:

win 7 64 bit os
gigabyte z68ap-d3 mother board
intel i3-2120 cpu 3.30ghz
16384mb ram

Yes it will run just fine. You might want to consider looking for a cheap used quad core i5 CPU to help keep things running smooth. It is just odd to see 16GB of ram and a i3-2120 together in a system.
