32 Gigs of memory paging file

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what I should set my custom paging file too. I have windows 10 home a gigabyte z77x ud5h mobo 32 Gigs of ram. I ave A Samsung ssd 850 pro 128 gig I have played around with 1024 not very efficent for me in terms of performance. Now I have the min and max set to the recommended by windows 10 which is 4987 for Minimum and maximum allowed. I had a couple of memory adress errors with these numbers. I'm not sure what that number translated to in gigs I mean is it 4 gigs or something Like that. I'm wondering if anyone could give me a better numbers to input for both minimal and maximum and should they be both the same numbers for both Minimum and maximum. Thanks

Doesn't seem to play well with 32 Gigs though at least on my custom built. So It would be great to hear from someone that has 32 gigs. Thanks for your post though I appreciate it!
