First Here are my specs:
-8 GB RAM
-Intel i7-2600k 3.4GHZ
-MSI Geforce GTX 950(2x)
-1TB 7200 RPM HDD
-1000w Power Supply
-Windows 10 Pro x64
So ever since I bought these new GPUs I've had no problems running any of my games on Max or close to max at all. Now suddenly despite the Graphical settings the frames are fluctuating from 10 - 20 fps. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, installing the motherboard chipset (as a i recently did a fresh reinstall of Windows 10), the CPU/GPU temps seem to be fine. Looked across many of the threads on this site, nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
