build new pc now or wait pascal

For the moment there is not a lot of info about Pascal, but, you can start to build your PC with good components and , in the end, when pascal releases, buy the GPU.
But yes, i would wait for it.

I had the same Question but I was wondering if Pascal would actually require something better than a PCIe 3.0... Guess will see at GTC 2016? I.E. Do we have MB that can actually support it full potential?

So I've got an Asus P6P67 Pro with an intel i7-2600K + GTX 580. I should wait to get a pascal and not a new pc (MB+CPU+DDR4 Ram)?
