I will buy Asus's GTX970 for my mobo MSI Z87 G43 Socket 1150. My BIOS is Version 1.0 (I know I'm so coward to flash my bios). Can It work without flashing the bios?

use MSI LiveUpdate

they do all the work for you

make sure your power supply has the proper pcie cables and is good enough to run the 970

I don't trust desktop programs which updates core programs like bios.

My current system is
Intel Core i5 4670k SOCKET 1150 3.4GHZ 6MB CACHE 22NM / Sapphire HD7870XT GDDR5 2GB 256BIT AMD RADEON DX11.1 / Gskill 8GB (2X4GB) RipjawsX DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 1.5V DUAL KIT RAM /
Seagate 3.5" 1TB BARRACUDA Sata 3.0 64MB Cache 7200RPM Harddisk / MSI Z87-G43 INTEL Z87 SOKET 1150 DDR3 3000MHZ(O.C.) SATA 3.0 USB 3.0 HDMI MOBO / CORSAIR CARBIDE SERİSİ™ 200R 550W MIDT ATX /
Windows 7 Professional SP1 64bit

I have a corsair 550 Watt psu. I think it will be enough. I have 2x 2+6 PCI E cables, I hope bios version won't cause any problems.
