R7 250 sapphire 1GB DDR5 bottleneck?

Hello, I am getting a r7 250 sapphire. My question is can I still play non demanding games like l4d2 and cs go with dual core e3400 and 2gb DDR3 RAM? I know there is a bottleneck but will anything bad happen if I install the graphic card?

it will run like crap

but if your power supply is good enough to power the gpu nothing bad will happen

if your power supply is crap, it could pop and take other parts with it though

Well Im using gtx 650, which is pretty close to the r7 250 and I run csgo at around 100-120 fps, l4d at around 150. However my CPU is better, q9400, yours is really weak, and those games are CPU intensive, so they will run bad.
